Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order but we will gladly help you with any items you wish to return.

If you wish to return all or any of your purchases to us please notify us via

email thesundaycompanyoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide the order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.

Please note that returns must be received in a suitable, re-saleable condition and include all original packaging and tags attached in an unworn condition if clothing .

Cosmetic and Toiletry items are non returnable together with jewellery due to hygiene regulations . If items are faulty your statutory rights will not be affected .

You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item(s) and we advise that you use a tracked service as items not received will not be our responsibility.

Refunds

Once we have received the return item(s), we will advise you via email that we have received and confirm that your refund has been made via the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us in the first instance and we will confirm availability of your exchange.

We can also offer a store gift voucher to be used at a later date if you prefer.

We will then notify you via email that we have received your return and are ready to dispatch your exchange.

Please note you will be required to pay the additional postage cost for your exchange if applicable.
