Shipping and Delivery

On dispatch from us, you will receive an email to tell you your parcel is on its way. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please get in touch via thesundaycompanyoffice@gmail.com and we will track your order for you.

At the moment all our shipping options to Europe and Worldwide are a little slow, this is sadly due to ongoing pandemic. Please bear with us .

We currently use Royal Mail however for larger items we will use UPS.

Domestic Shipping (UK & Ireland)

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order -

Please contact us by email should you require express shipping. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. It will usually take 2-3 days from ship date for delivery to most UK addresses, however please allow up to 7 days.

The Sunday Company is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier. Shipping to Storage locations is not offered.

International Shipping

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5 days of order via UPS or Royal Mail International

Please allow up to 5 days from ship date for delivery via UPS. Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or UPS facility for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

The Sunday Company will provide tracking numbers for all packages, however we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

During the holiday season, please prepare for longer shipping times. We appreciate your patience.

Packaging

At the Sunday Company we always try to ship 100% plastic free, with paper wrapping and our beautiful paper tape. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable.

The wooden gift boxes and baskets are perfect for reuse in the home or office.
